Hamza has more than 10 years of experience in buy-side investments and research. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of London.
Prior to Seha, Hamza was an Analyst at Rasmala since 2014. During this time, he worked in different sectors, including petrochemicals, real estate, construction, and healthcare.
In his role as Head of Merger and Acquisition, Hamza oversaw the full integration of Al Gazeera Hospital. Now, he is working on the rest of Seha’s acquired assets and is responsible for overseeing, planning, and directing all aspects of the organization’s efforts to achieve growth through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Khaled has more than 15 years of experience in HR management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, as well as an HR diploma from the American University in Cairo.
Prior to Seha, Khaled held different positions in Imtenan, Hassab Labs, and Prestige Jet, developing policies, procedures, and structures.
In his role as an HR Director, Khaled is responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff of the human resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Yosra has over a decade of experience in digital transformation across different industries; healthcare, consumer goods, retail, nonprofits, and government organization.
She works with leadership teams and executives on IT strategic planning, developing roadmaps, executing and implementing end-to-end solutions to meet business objectives and manage organizational change.
Mohamed has 15 years of experience in client interface positions in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He holds an MBA and a diploma in Marketing and Sales.
Prior to Seha, Mohamed was Group Sales Director for Andalusia Healthcare and Elaj Group Hospitals chains.
In his role as a Commercial Director, Mohamed is responsible for formulating marketing and sales plans, including competitive analyses and pricing strategies.
Bassem has more than 10 years of experience in strategy implementation across multiple hospitals in the UAE. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, as well as an MRCP from the UK.
Prior to Seha, Bassem worked as District Director of Operations at Medeor Hospital in Dubai.
In his role as a Clinical Strategy Advisor, Bassem is responsible for developing high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated clinical programs.
Mohamed has over 20 years of experience in financial services and more than 15 years of experience, mostly in the healthcare industry, in the investment and finance field. For more than 2 years, he was Chief Operation Officer in one of the biggest healthcare organizations based in KSA and Egypt.
Mohamed has a wide experience in a range of industries both in Egypt and the MENA markets. He specializes in scenario-based financial modeling, business valuations, changes management, and business process improvements and reorganizations.
Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree and a higher diploma in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Alexandria. Also, he is a certified chartered accountant from the Egyptian Association for Accountants and Auditors.
